Integra Ventures is a leading healthcare-focused consulting organisation, working across hospital infrastructure planning, healthcare management consulting, financial advisory, project management, and healthcare service development. Our clients include private hospital promoters, healthcare institutions, investors, EPC/PMC partners, and select public-sector entities across India and international markets.
Role Objective
The role is responsible for driving business development in hospital-led healthcare opportunities (greenfield and brownfield) and all other verticals of Integra Ventures. The incumbent is expected to bring deep understanding of hospital business dynamics and convert opportunities across infrastructure, consulting, financial advisory, and healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development – Healthcare Focus
• Drive business development for hospital infrastructure planning, PMC, healthcare management consulting, and financial advisory services.
• Identify opportunities across private hospitals, specialty hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare investors.
2. Multi-Vertical Opportunity Development
• Cross-sell and expand opportunities across IV’s verticals.
• Develop integrated, solution-led proposals in coordination with internal teams.
3. Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Build relationships with hospital promoters, CXOs, clinicians, architects, EPC/PMC firms, investors, and partners.
• Engage confidently at promoter and senior management levels.
4. Proposal, Tendering & Closures
• Lead proposal preparation, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
• Participate in EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs, including consortium coordination.
5. Pipeline Management & Growth Contribution
• Maintain a strong BD pipeline and revenue forecasts.
• Contribute to regional growth and profitability targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification:
• MBA / MHA / PGDM or equivalent.
Experience:
• 3-7 years of Business Development experience.
• Strong exposure to healthcare sector, preferably hospital-focused consulting or infrastructure roles.
• Hospital-side private sector exposure preferred; public health–only profiles not preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
• Strong understanding of hospital project lifecycles.
• Consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• High ownership, maturity, and strategic orientation.
• Willingness to travel.
