Job Experience
Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience working with large Food & Beverage operations.
Prior experience in Food & Beverage, Restaurants, Catering & Banquet operations is a must.
Must be proficient in recruitment, payroll, admin & statutory compliances.
Job Description
To actively recruit all staffing requirements at all levels in the company.
To actively maintain the manpower budgets and ensure compliance with the budget.
To execute all event-based manpower requirements through contracting and relevant sources.
To execute all salary payments, incentives, and other staff benefits.
To ensure all relevant statutory compliances are met for the company.
To address all grievances and feedback from employees.
To maintain staff accommodation facilities in a clean & hygienic manner.

Keep up with the latest trends and industry best practices.
Ability to communicate clearly. Capable of delegating and managing multiple tasks.
Willingness to travel to various locations to execute business requirements.
