Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Update and maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
- Support HR team in organizing training programs and employee development initiatives.
- Help with conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback to improve employee satisfaction.
- Assist with preparing HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and performance reviews.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as needed
