marketing solutions. We are building a strong team of creative and performance-

driven professionals and are looking for an HR Executive who can support and strengthen our internal operations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end

human resource functions. The role involves recruitment, payroll coordination,

compliance, employee engagement, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth onboarding process

2. Payroll & Compliance

• Handle payroll coordination and attendance tracking
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment
• Support in building a strong company culture

4. Performance Management

• Assist in setting up performance tracking systems
• Monitor employee performance and coordinate review processes
• Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic understanding of HR processes, payroll, and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Ahmedabad
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7 PM (varies based on shoot schedule)
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience and skills)
• Joining: Immediate
