Hiring: Sales Officer (Cosmetics & Personal Care)

Position- Sales Officer (Cosmetics)

Locations – Patiala, Jammu, (Ambala , Kurukshetra , Karnal), (Noida, Meerut)

Experience – 2-7yrs

Salary- 35-40k

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets, beauty stores, and salons within the assigned territory.
• Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing stockists and distributors to ensure consistent product supply and brand visibility.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly primary and secondary sales targets.
• Product Placement: Ensure optimum product display and shelf space at the point of sale (POS).
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and new product launches to provide feedback to the management team.
• Promotions: Execute in-store promotional activities and product demonstrations to increase consumer pull.
