Human Resources – Manager Full Time

Venus Techno Equipment Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in construction and infrastructure equipment manufacturing, is seeking an accomplished HR & IR professional for the position of Manager – Human Resources & Admin.

We are looking for a mature and result-oriented leader with strong expertise in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Labour Law Compliance, Employee Relations, Statutory Governance and Plant HR Administration, capable of independently driving HR & IR functions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Leadership Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage the complete HR & IR function for plant operations, ensuring compliance, discipline and workforce effectiveness

✅ Drive Industrial Relations strategy, including employee relations, grievance handling, domestic enquiries, disciplinary matters and maintaining harmonious industrial relations

✅ Ensure full compliance under applicable Labour Laws & Statutory Regulations including Factories Act, CLRA, PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages and allied labour legislations

✅ Represent the organization before Government Labour Authorities, compliance bodies, auditors and external consultants for statutory and IR-related matters

✅ Handle legal coordination relating to notices, inspections, labour documentation, compliance audits and employment-related matters

✅ Develop and implement HR policies, systems and internal controls aligned with organizational and legal requirements

✅ Oversee manpower planning, recruitment coordination, onboarding, retention initiatives and workforce deployment

✅ Lead employee engagement, welfare initiatives and workplace culture development

✅ Partner with Plant Head and Management team on HR strategy, compliance risk management and workforce productivity

✅ Guide and mentor HR/Admin team members while ensuring timely execution of operational deliverables

Required Experience & Expertise

🔹 Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in HR & Industrial Relations, preferably in manufacturing/engineering/industrial setup

🔹 Proven hands-on experience in Plant HR, Industrial Relations and Labour Law Compliance

🔹 Strong capability in handling employee discipline, legal compliance and workforce management

🔹 Experience in liaison with labour departments, inspectors and statutory authorities

🔹 Working knowledge of HRMS/Payroll systems and strong command over MIS & compliance reporting

🔹 Education: MBA – HR / MLW / Master’s in Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare

Candidates from Mehsana and nearby locations will be preferred. Manufacturing sector experience will be highly prioritized.
