Human Resources Operations Specialist Full Time

The HR Operations Specialist, APAC role is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse, collaborative, and truly global team. In this position, you’ll play a key role in shaping a seamless, positive employee experience—supporting employees and leaders across the organization while contributing to the smooth delivery of HR operations in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

What will you do?

You will ensure efficiency and accuracy across transactional HR Operations responsibilities aligned to all phases of the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• Data entry and audits in local and global HR systems, including HRIS and time and absence tools and systems
• Support recruitment activities and coordinate with Hiring Managers and our Talent Acquisition team
• Issue employment contracts and agreements
• Facilitate new joiner processes to ensure completion of all requirements, including compliance with training requirements and internal processes for new joiners
• Maintain employee files, making certain files are compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements and aligned to internal procedures
• Support offboarding processes for employees, handle inquiries, prepare required documentation and partner with internal teams to facilitate a well-coordinated exit
• Support and coordinate requirements for disciplinaries, as directed by HRBPs
• Liaise with internal support functions to coordinate workflows and ensure successful and timely completion of internal procedures. Key stakeholder groups may include, but are not limited to: Global HR colleagues: HRIS, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and other internal support functions such as IT, Legal, Finance, Operations.

What do we look for?

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 5 years’ experience in HR Operations with strong expertise supporting employees in India and other APAC countries, ideally within a multinational matrix organization.
• Strong expertise in WORKDAY and demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Fluency in English is required.
