Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Implementation Support Engineer, based in Hyderabad. The Implementation Support Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of software and projects, providing ongoing technical support, collaborating with the technical team to resolve issues, and ensuring smooth project execution. The role also involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, assisting with the integration of solutions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience with Software Implementation and Project Implementation
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Customer Service
- Skills in Project Management and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the food and beverage production industry is a plus
