Role & Responsibilities

• Provide objective, board-level guidance on corporate strategy, financial health, and risk governance to support sustainable growth.
• Oversee compliance with SEBI, MCA, and other applicable statutory regulations for private limited companies.
• Act as a critical sounding board for founders on capital allocation, investor relations, and scaling operational frameworks.
• Review and challenge financial statements, fundraising roadmaps, and investor reporting for transparency and accountability.
• Lead or participate in board committees (Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Corporate Governance) as assigned.
• Champion ethical business practices, ESG principles, and long-term stakeholder value creation.
