Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Associate, located in Gurugram. The Influencer Marketing Associate will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with creators, developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and liaising with clients to ensure successful collaborations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring campaign analytics, preparing performance reports, and driving initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills, with the ability to manage influencer relationships and represent the brand effectively.
• Proficiency in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing, including working knowledge of tools, platforms, and strategies in the digital marketing domain.
• Sales expertise and the ability to identify potential collaboration opportunities and close deals effectively.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple campaigns and evaluate their performance.
• Familiarity with influencer or creator ecosystems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
