About the Role
Startup Media Marketing is looking for a driven and creative Influencer Marketing Intern to join our on-ground team. This role is perfect for someone who wants real exposure to influencer campaigns, creator collaborations, and brand executions — beyond just theoretical learning.
We believe in hands-on learning, where interns actively work on live campaigns and understand how influencer marketing actually works in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and shortlist influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Coordinate with influencers for briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Assist in executing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Track content submissions, posting schedules, and live status
- Maintain influencer databases and tracking sheets
- Support campaign reporting and basic analytics (reach, views, engagement, etc.)
- Build and maintain professional relationships with creators and agencies
Requirements
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong interest in social media, influencers, and digital marketing
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing
- Comfortable with coordination, follow-ups, and multitasking
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to work from office in a fast-paced environment
