Role Description The Information Technology Operations Lead will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s technology infrastructure, applications, and digital platform in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing IT systems availability, performance, and security, as well as coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents, implement upgrades, and ensure smooth releases. The IT Operations Lead will monitor system health, manage backups and disaster recovery routines, and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures. This position will also be responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects, supporting platform scalability, and ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy and security standards. The role requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams to align technology operations with business and user needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, interpret operational metrics, and support data-driven decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and to document processes clearly.
• Operations Management experience to oversee IT workflows, prioritize incidents, manage SLAs, and ensure reliable day-to-day platform operations.
• Project Management capabilities to plan and execute system upgrades, integrations, and operational improvement initiatives on time and within scope.
• Sales and stakeholder support skills to understand client or partner requirements, assist in technical aspects of solution presentations, and ensure operational readiness for new business.
• Proven experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or platform management, preferably in a SaaS, healthcare, or digital platform environment.
• Working knowledge of cloud environments, basic networking concepts, security best practices, and monitoring tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work remote – complete digitally enabled to collaborate in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a user-centric approach to mental wellness solutions.
