Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and outbound outreach.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Conduct product presentations and sales pitches over calls or virtual meetings.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to drive conversions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals assigned by the company.
• Update lead status, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions to enhance client satisfaction.
