About The Role
Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment consultancy partnering with an AI company building systems that understand real-world professional workflows. They are seeking experienced insurance professionals to evaluate AI outputs, identify errors, and improve domain-specific reasoning based on practical industry expertise. This is a hands-on role applying real experience in underwriting, claims, actuarial, or policy administration—not a theoretical exercise.
What You Will Do
- Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, logic, and domain correctness
- Translate real insurance workflows into structured tasks for AI systems
- Work on scenarios involving underwriting decisions, claims assessment, risk pricing, and policy interpretation
- Clearly document your reasoning and assumptions in writing
Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Insurance (Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Risk, Policy Admin)
- Credentials preferred: CPCU, ARM, ACAS, FCAS, or equivalent
- Strong written English – you will explain your reasoning clearly
- Available for 15–20+ hours/week consistently
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
