Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Site Supervisor role based in Coimbatore, suitable for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in interior project execution. The Interior Site Supervisor will support daily site activities, including monitoring ongoing interior work, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring tasks follow drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves tracking progress, reporting site updates to senior supervisors or project managers, and helping maintain schedules and material usage. The supervisor will assist in basic measurements, documenting work done, and checking for finishing quality. The position also includes ensuring adherence to safety practices on-site, addressing minor issues in coordination with the team, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Foundational understanding or academic exposure to interior design, civil engineering, architecture, or related fields.
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, layout plans, and measurements (training can be provided).
- Strong observation, problem-solving, and documentation skills for day-to-day site activities.
- Basic knowledge of site safety practices and willingness to follow and enforce safety guidelines.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work on-site throughout the project lifecycle.
- Openness to learning, taking feedback, and working under the guidance of senior team members.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory for strong learners.
