Job Description :-
Facultyzone Talent Acquisition is hiring a Sales & Customer Support Executive (EdTech) to manage inbound queries, parent communication and lead conversion. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Handle parent and teacher queries via calls, chats and emails
• Support lead conversion and sales follow-ups
• Maintain records using CRM tools
• Deliver a customer-first experience
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth resolution

Requirements :-

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales process and CRM tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
• Comfortable working in US shift (night shift)

Experience Required :-

• Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech / Customer Support / Sales preferred
