About the Role –

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Client Servicing / Brand Associate Intern to join our growing team. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and our talented internal teams, playing a hands-on role in delivering impactful campaigns for leading brands.

What You’ll Do-

Client Management & Relationship Building

• Be the Client’s Go-To Expert: Build and nurture strong relationships as the main point of contact for your assigned clients.
• Turn Ideas into Action: Translate client briefs into exciting project plans and creative briefs that inspire our teams.
• Collaborate & Create: Work hand-in-hand with our creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Own the Details: Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables—always with a focus on quality.
• Pitch & Present: Present innovative campaign ideas and strategies that wow our clients.
• Listen & Improve: Address client queries promptly, ensuring seamless communication and high client satisfaction.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Spot opportunities for account growth and additional services.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Campaign Planning: Develop integrated digital marketing strategies across social media, paid media, and content
• Content Strategy Development: Create content calendars and oversee content development aligned with brand objectives

Creative Collaboration

• Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with creative, strategy, design, and production teams to deliver outstanding results
• Content Oversight: Work hands-on with content teams to plan photography, video production, and visual branding
• Multi-format Content: Coordinate creation of 360-degree content including posts, reels, videos, and promotional creatives

Digital Marketing Management

• Social Media Management: Optimize social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
• Paid Campaign Execution: Manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with focus on lead generation and audience targeting
• Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics, analyze performance data, and provide insights for strategy refinement
• SEO & Online Presence: Implement basic SEO strategies to enhance platform visibility

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Experience: Fresher – 0.6 years ONLY prior internship or project experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or brand management is a plus.

• Relationship Builder: A natural relationship builder with a client-first mindset
• Brand Savvy: Solid understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising.
• Communicator: Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Multi-Tasker: Ability to juggle multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Problem Solver: Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-Smart: Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
• Basic understanding of design software (Adobe Creative Suite), branding, advertising, and digital marketing concepts
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional language skills are a plus

Technical Proficiency

• Social Media Platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube
• Advertising Tools: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads (basic knowledge preferred)
• Design & Content Tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), basic video editing
• Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, engagement tracking tools, Creator Studio
• Productivity Software: MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools
