IT Coordinator – School

We are looking for an IT Coordinator to manage our school’s technology systems and provide support for staff and students. The role also involves creating visual content for school communications using Adobe Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain school software systems and digital platforms
• Support automation of inventory and administrative processes
• Develop, update, and maintain the school website and related portals
• Handle WhatsApp Business chatbot setup and maintenance
• Perform data entry, data organization, and report generation
• Create dashboards, MIS reports, and analytical summaries for management
• Support LMS (Learning Management System) operations and user assistance
• Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Coordinate with different departments for digitalization initiatives
• Research and implement innovative technology solutions to improve efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and proper system documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Applications, or related field
• Knowledge of websites, software applications, dashboards, and digital tools
• Familiarity with automation tools, spreadsheets, MIS reporting, and data analysis
• Basic understanding of chatbot platforms and digital communication systems
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

• Website creation and maintenance
• Knowledge of LMS/MIS systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
