Manshar Edtech is looking for a proactive and versatile IT Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations, technical activities, and digital marketing initiatives. This role combines website and app support, automation, and marketing coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across technology and business functions in a collaborative team environment.

Experience & Education

• Experience: 2–4 Years
• Education: BCA / BE in Computer Science or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company websites (primarily WordPress)
• Support web and mobile app development (React, React Native, JavaScript, CSS)
• Assist in UI updates and digital creatives using Canva and Figma
• Plan and support digital marketing activities (social media, campaigns, basic ads, content coordination)
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports
• Set up and manage automation workflows using tools like Zapier
• Work with APIs and assist in basic integrations between systems
• Use AI tools to improve marketing, content, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with external vendors, developers, and marketing partners
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational updates for management
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT and digital operations

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of WordPress and basic web technologies (React, JavaScript, CSS)
• Familiarity with React Native for mobile app support
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, ads, campaign tracking)
• Knowledge of API integrations and automation tools (e.g., Zapier)
• Experience with Canva and Figma
• Awareness and practical use of AI tools
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
