IT Hardware System Administrator Full Time NEW

Job Summary

We are seeking a competent IT / Hardware Systems Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, hardware systems, servers, networking, and coordination with internal teams, EMR software providers, and external vendors. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Setup, installation, and maintenance of system hardware

· Installation and configuration of operating systems

· Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues

· Managing IT assets and performing regular maintenance

· Maintaining and updating IT asset registers

· Backup of data and maintenance of hard drives, pen drives, and other storage devices

· Management and basic administration of physical servers

· Internet connectivity and basic networking support

· Organization email management

· Coordination with internal departments and MRD staff

· Coordination with EMR software team and regular follow-ups

· Coordination with third-party vendors and networking teams

· Strict maintenance of data confidentiality and adherence to organizational policies

· Maintaining professional behaviour at all times

· Providing effective communication and IT support to staff

· Ability to work under pressure in a patient- and staff-intensive environment

· Willingness to stay overnight if required (approximately once in 2–3 months)

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

· Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Hardware, Computer Science, or related field

· Basic knowledge of EMR software (good to have)

· Hands-on experience with desktop hardware, OS installation, and troubleshooting

· Basic understanding of servers, backups, and networking

· Good communication and inter-department coordination skills

· Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality

Experience

1–3 years of experience in IT / Hardware support preferred

Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setup is an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
