IT Lead Full Time NEW

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Lead with strong expertise in Windows systems and networking to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, leadership skills, and the ability to handle night shift operations efficiently. Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT support team during night shifts
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and systems
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls)
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure
• Handle incident management, escalation, and root cause analysis
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Windows Server administration
• Good knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching)
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and system security
• Familiarity with virtualization tools (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Experience in handling ITSM tools and ticketing systems
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications like MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent are an added advantage
• Experience in handling night shift operations

Pay: ₹100,000.00 – ₹150,000.00 per month
