About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our IT Infrastructure team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in Networking, System Administration, Cloud Computing, and IT Support.
As an IT Infrastructure Trainee, you will work alongside experienced IT professionals and gain hands-on exposure to enterprise IT environments, network infrastructure, user support, and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to end users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Monitor network devices, servers, and IT infrastructure.
- Assist in user account management and access control.
- Support Windows and Linux systems administration tasks.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
- Follow IT security and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts such as IP Addressing, DNS, DHCP, and Switching.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the IT Infrastructure domain.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
- Understanding of Networking Fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as AWS is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and Office 365.
