Accountabilities
You will be responsible for delivering fast, clear, and empathetic IT support to a globally distributed workforce, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across core business tools. Alongside ticket resolution, you will take ownership of system administration, employee lifecycle processes, and automation initiatives that reduce manual workload and improve scalability.
Requirements
This role requires solid hands-on IT operations experience in dynamic, fast-moving environments, with strong technical autonomy and a mindset geared toward automation and continuous improvement. You should be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly in distributed teams, and solving problems across a wide SaaS ecosystem.
