IT Recruiter Intern

About the Role
Recruitment Hub 365 is looking for motivated and career-oriented freshers who are interested in building a career in HR and Talent Acquisition. This internship provides hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations within the IT staffing industry.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn recruitment processes and develop professional communication and sourcing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms
- Review and screen resumes based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Assist recruiters in managing open positions and hiring activities
- Learn and support end-to-end recruitment processes
- Achieve daily sourcing and recruitment activity targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition
- Basic knowledge of recruitment concepts is an advantage
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
Work Requirements
- Laptop/Desktop with Intel i3 processor or above
- Reliable internet connection
- Professional and distraction-free work environment
- Power backup is preferred
