IT Support Assistant – L1 (Remote | US Company | Night Shift) Full Time

Location: Remote | Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (9-6 ET) | Days: Mon–Fri | Immediate Joiners Only

We need a reliable, quick-thinking IT Support Assistant to provide day-to-day L1 technical support to a US-based team. This is a hands-on support role – not a senior position. We want someone who’s smart, eager to learn, and can handle basic issues independently without constant guidance.

What you’ll do:

• Troubleshoot Zoom, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Workspace issues
• Handle password resets, user account setup, and access requests
• Provide desktop/laptop support – basic hardware and software issues
• Support Gmail, Google Drive, and Microsoft Teams users
• Document issues and resolutions clearly

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years experience in desktop or IT helpdesk support
• Comfortable with Windows 11, MS Office, Zoom, and Google Workspace
• Must have prior experience supporting US or international clients
• Strong English communication – written and spoken
• Fast learner with an L2 mindset – someone who grows beyond the basics
