Assistant Manager – IT Support Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Assistant Manager – IT Support Engineer to manage ERP support, IT infrastructure, networking, user administration, and CCTV systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling day-to-day IT operations along with strong troubleshooting and system management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support end-to-end ERP implementation, configuration, and maintenance
2. Manage user creation, modification, deactivation, and access control as per company policies
3. Assign and monitor user roles, permissions, and system access rights
4. Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and system-related issues
5. Handle LAN/WAN networking setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
6. Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and surveillance infrastructure
7. Ensure data backups, IT security, and system availability across the organization
8. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, AMC, and service support
9. Maintain smooth functioning of overall IT operations and infrastructure

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Experience in ERP systems and user access management
2. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting
3. Hands-on experience in CCTV installation and maintenance
4. Basic understanding of IT security, data backup, and system administration
5. Good communication and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT responsibilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Immediate joiner preferred
2. Candidates residing near Shahdara / East Delhi will be given preference
3. Minimum relevant experience in IT support and infrastructure management preferred
