💼 Position: AGM Operations / Site Lead

🕒 Experience Required: 14+ Years

We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee operations management, contract retention, client relationships, profitability, and engineering services delivery across our facility management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Drive profitable operations and achieve GOP targets

✔ Manage operational contracts, retention, and business growth

✔ Ensure efficient operation & maintenance of utilities including HVAC, DG, UPS, STP, WTP, Electrical, Plumbing, Lifts, Fire Alarm & MGPS systems

✔ Lead audits such as HSE, Energy, Benchmark, and Compliance Audits

✔ Implement preventive maintenance programs and energy conservation initiatives

✔ Build strong client relationships and ensure service excellence

✔ Support business development through costing, tenders, and proposals

✔ Manage vendors, team performance, and financial reporting

Qualifications:

🔹 Engineering Degree in Electrical / Mechanical

🔹 14+ years of experience in IFM Service Operations

🔹 Strong leadership, client management, and business acumen

🔹 Experience in handling engineering utilities and multi-site operations

🔹 Excellent communication and team-building skills
