Key Skills We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding of computer systems and software support techniques.
• Hands-on experience in client support, software issue resolution, and user assistance.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, GPS, GIS Software, and project management tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure.
