Full job description
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or software management
- Strong knowledge of company software systems and troubleshooting
- Basic programming knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Experience in software installation, maintenance, and updates
- Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage company software systems effectively
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Train employees regarding software operations, usage, and troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical problems promptly
- Maintain IT records, software licenses, and support documentation
- Assist with software upgrades, implementation, and employee onboarding
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations within the organization
Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per month
