About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, agile, and highly organized IT Support & Operations Coordinator to manage Fleet Studio’s technology infrastructure and day-to-day physical office environment.

In this blended role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our workplace. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring our servers, networks, user devices, and hardware applications run seamlessly, coordinating workplace operations, facilities, and vendor logistics alongside our administration team. This role is ideal for an IT professional with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys a dynamic environment where technical problem-solving meets hands-on workplace coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology & Systems Coordination:

• Infrastructure Administration: Maintain and support internal workplace infrastructure requirements, including laptops, desktops, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, Landlines, and CCTV systems.
• User & Access Management: Perform essential system administration tasks such as managing user/group accounts, security permissions, and office print services.
• Network & Connectivity: Manage internal networks, including intranets, LANs, WANs, and network segments, to ensure smooth and uninterrupted internet usage across the office.
• Diagnostics & Maintenance: Monitor system resources, research event-log warnings or errors , and perform regular hardware maintenance and repairs on Windows and Mac laptops/desktops.
• Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, troubleshooting technical issues to identify root causes and providing swift technical helpdesk support.
• Audits & Asset Control: Perform routine and scheduled audits of all active systems, including data backups. Maintain the local IT inventory management system.
• Procurement & E-Waste: Liaise with technology vendors for the smooth procurement of laptops and IT accessories. Coordinate the proper scrap and e-waste management of defective or obsolete hardware.
  

Workplace Operations & Facilities Support:

• Workplace Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Office Admin team to ensure that workspace facilities, meeting room AV tech setups, and physical utilities are fully functional.
• Operational Vendor Management: Assist in supervising non-IT facility vendors (such as building maintenance, electrical utility services, AMC providers, or pantry suppliers) during routine checkups or maintenance windows.
• Access Control Logs: Help oversee office security operations by tracking biometric access logs, coordinating physical key allocations, and preparing access setups for visitors or incoming new hires.
• Event Logistics Support: Assist HR and internal teams with physical and tech setups for company events, tech meetups, town halls, or team celebrations.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or tech coordinator capacity.
• Cross-Platform Knowledge: Capable of diagnosing, configuring, and performing troubleshooting/maintenance on Windows, Linux, and Mac platforms.
• Networking Core: A solid understanding of basic networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLAN.
• Documentation & Tools: Proficient in managing operational logs, trackers, and presentations using Office 365 or Google Workspace tools.
• Attributes: Strong coordination skills, clear communication, and an agile mindset that embraces both technical and facility operations tasks.
