Role Overview
We are looking for a polished, knowledgeable, and client-focused Jewellery Sales Executive who understands fine jewellery, client emotions, and luxury retail etiquette. The candidate must be confident in handling high-value customers and closing premium sales.

Key Responsibilities
* Attend to walk-in and appointment clients with warmth and professionalism
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of polki, diamond, gold, kundan, and bridal jewellery
* Guide clients in styling, selection, and customization
* Build long-term relationships with HNI and bridal clients
* Maintain client database and follow-ups for conversions and repeat business
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Coordinate with design and production teams for bespoke orders
* Ensure showroom display, hygiene, and luxury presentation standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Prior experience in a fine jewellery showroom is mandatory
* Strong knowledge of jewellery materials, craftsmanship, and pricing logic
* Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
* Well-groomed personality with luxury retail etiquette
* Basic computer knowledge (billing, CRM, WhatsApp client communication)
* Ability to understand client psychology and close high-value sales
