Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and execution-focused Digital Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end digital initiatives for our diverse portfolio, including D2C brands (growth-focused) and Rx/Corporate brands (awareness and compliance-focused).
The role requires a strategic blend of performance marketing, social media management, and brand communication within the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape.
Key Responsibilities
•
Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (FB/IG) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) to drive customer acquisition and ROI.
•
Brand & Platform Strategy: Develop and execute platform-specific strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to enhance brand recall and corporate presence.
•
Content Coordination: Create and manage monthly content calendars; coordinate with design teams to produce high-quality Reels, videos, and static creatives.
•
Rx Brand Marketing: Execute digital awareness campaigns for prescription brands, focusing on educational content and doctor engagement while ensuring strict medical/legal compliance.
Community & Reputation Management: Handle day-to-day engagement, responding to queries and managing brand affinity across all digital touchpoints.

Influencer Management: Identify and onboard relevant influencers and creators for D2C campaigns, tracking reach and conversion metrics.
•
AI-Powered Marketing: Utilize Generative AI tools for rapid content ideation, ad copy variations, and leveraging AI analytics to optimize funnel performance.
•
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Ads Manager to generate weekly actionable insights for growth.
Required Technical Skills
•
Ad Platforms: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
•
Social Media: Proven expertise in managing professional brand pages and understanding platform algorithms.
•
Analytics: Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting dashboards.
•
Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling tools.
•
Communication: Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
•
Experience in D2C, FMCG, or Healthcare/Pharma marketing is highly preferred.
•
Basic understanding of pharma regulatory guidelines for digital communication.
