- Research trending topics and contribute creative ideas
- Community management:
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with the audience to build a positive and active community
- Escalate queries or concerns to the relevant team when required
- Content scheduling & management:
- Assist in maintaining the social media content calendar
- Schedule and publish posts using tools like Hootsuite/Buffer/Meta Business Suite
- Ensure consistency across all social media platforms
- Analytics & reporting:
- Track basic performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Support in preparing weekly/monthly reports
- Identify top-performing content with guidance from the team
- Trend research & growth support:
- Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and viral formats
- Suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement
- Support experimentation with new content formats
