We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and end-user systems in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network-related issues while ensuring timely ticket resolution and SLA compliance

.Key Responsibilitie

• sProvide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral device
• sDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issue
• sSupport Windows and Mac OS environments, software installations, updates, and patchin
• gHandle basic networking issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN, DNS, and DHCP troubleshootin
• gManage device lifecycle activities such as allocation, configuration, tracking, refresh, and decommissionin
• gSupport onboarding and offboarding activities including user account setup and system configuratio
• nUse tools such as Intune and SCCM for device management and software deploymen
• tManage support tickets, prioritize incidents, and ensure SLA adherenc
• eMaintain accurate asset inventory and technical documentatio
• nEscalate complex technical issues to L3/support teams when require

dRequired Skill

• sStrong knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshootin
• gExperience in Windows/Mac OS suppor
• tUnderstanding of networking fundamentals and remote support tool
• sHands-on experience with ticketing systems and IT support processe
• sExposure to Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, or Office 365 is preferre
• dGood communication and problem-solving skill
