Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk operations and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
Greeting and assist clients, visitors, vendors, and stakeholders
Handle incoming calls and courier services efficiently
Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security protocols
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness (AV setup, refreshments, etc.)
Oversee housekeeping, pantry and office upkeep.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance and facility-related services
Manage courier, dispatch and documentation flow
Managing bookings of meeting & conference rooms calendars
Maintain records, MIS reports, and documentation for admin activities

Vendor management and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline.
5 to 8 years of experience in front office or administration, preferably in real estate.
