Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Business Intelligence & Operations Analytics professional. The role involves analyzing business and operations data, building data models, designing and implementing ETL processes, and managing data warehouses to generate actionable insights. Additional responsibilities include optimizing operational workflows, creating dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions and improve performance. We’re not looking for someone who just runs reports. We’re looking for someone who owns the numbers.

What you’ll own in your role:

• Design and manage end-to-end reporting across fleet, ops, HR, finance & client SLAs 
• Build live dashboards tracking vehicle utilization, rider productivity, penalty exposure, and payout health 
• Drive weekly and monthly business reviews with sharp, executive-ready decks and data packs 
• Identify trends, flag anomalies, and proactively surface insights — not just report what happened 
• Lead data standardization across city teams (Noida, Pune, Mumbai) and ensure reporting hygiene 
• Own integrations between ops tools, CRMs, and reporting systems

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and experience in interpreting and visualizing data for actionable insights
• Expertise in Data Warehousing concepts and processes
• Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) pipelines and techniques
• Strong skills in Data Modeling for reporting and operational analysis
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 4–7 years of MIS, business analytics, or ops reporting experience 
• Prior exposure to logistics, fleet, supply chain, or quick-commerce is strongly preferred 
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets — dashboards, macros, complex formulas 
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools 
• Strong communication skills — you’ll present to leadership regularly 
• Someone who takes ownership, not just instructions
