Hiring: Lead Generation

We are looking for a Lead Generation to help us find and research potential clients in international markets.

Your responsibilities:

• Find and research relevant prospects on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• Identify the right decision-makers and potential clients
• Collect accurate contact information, including emails and LinkedIn profiles
• Maintain organized lists of qualified prospects

Requirements:

• A reliable laptop/computer and stable Wi-Fi connection
• Basic knowledge of using LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and online research tools
• Comfortable working on a laptop and learning new software
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

Experience:

No prior experience is required. We will provide guidance and training. However, candidates with previous lead generation or research experience will receive additional bonuses based on performance.

Salary & Working Hours:

• Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on skills and performance)
• Working hours: 4–5 hours per day (part-time)
• Performance-based bonuses available
• Opportunity for a salary raise after a few months based on your performance

We mainly work with clients in the international market, so professionalism, consistency, and good communication skills are important.
