About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Non-Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for various non-technical roles across departments such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Retail Banking. You will play a critical role in building a diverse and high-performing team that drives our company’s growth.
What you will do:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, market mapping to attract top talent.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough resume reviews, interviews, and assessments to identify suitable candidates.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract potential candidates.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
- Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
What you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in hiring for Non-Tech roles.
- Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
