Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, India, designed for a senior leadership position at AIC-BAMU Foundation. The role requires overseeing organisational development, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving strategy to ensure effective management of resources and programs. Primary responsibilities also include identifying opportunities for start-up support, fostering partnerships, and leading organisational programs designed to promote innovation and entrepreneurship.

Qualifications

• Strategic planning, organisational leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in public relations, partnership building, and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record of fundraising, resource mobilisation, and financial oversight.
• Exposure to start-up ecosystems, innovation promotion, and entrepreneurship development.
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
• An advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with government policies and schemes related to innovation and entrepreneurship is highly desirable.
