Works entirely in the background as a consultant

Gets any clinical clients referred to them for their private practice

  1. Fortnightly Group Supervision
  2. Escalation Consultation
  3. Therapist Onboarding Sign-Off
  4. Protocol and Policy Review
  5. Crisis Protocol Oversight

Working Hours

Fortnightly supervision call — 90 minutes

Supervision request responses — within 24 hours, supervision scheduled as per convenience

Onboarding calls — as needed, 30 minutes per therapist

Company and Client Protocol review — one session every 6 months

Estimated total commitment: 6–8 hours per month
