Location: Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi
Timings: Mon-Fri (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) & Saturdays (9:30 AM – 2:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns across objectives such as Lead Generation, Website Traffic, Conversions, and Brand Awareness
- Build, optimize, and scale high-performing B2B lead generation funnels for clients across different industries
- Conduct detailed audience research, including targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience setup
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and copies
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, scale winning campaigns, and reduce CPL/CAC
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and continuous performance improvements
- Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients
- Stay updated with LinkedIn Ads platform updates, new features, and industry best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn Performance Marketing
- Proven experience managing medium to high ad spends on LinkedIn
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics, and reporting tools
- Solid understanding of lead generation funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization
- Highly analytical with a performance- and ROI-focused mindset
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency is a strong advantage
