About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and optimize logistics operations for a reputed organization in Singapore. The role focuses on transportation planning, warehouse coordination, inventory management, vendor handling, and ensuring smooth end-to-end movement of goods. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to improve efficiency across supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Oversee inventory movement and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with vendors, freight partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare operational performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Lead and mentor logistics teams to achieve operational targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of transportation planning, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP systems or logistics management software.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Open to relocating to Singapore.
