Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Supervisor based in Dehradun. The Logistics Supervisor will oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth execution of order fulfillment and inventory management. This role includes supervising the logistics team, managing customer satisfaction related to deliveries, monitoring warehouse processes, and improving operational efficiency. Additionally, the role will involve analyzing inventory data and coordinating with vendors for timely deliveries and restocking.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to effectively manage teams
• Proficient in Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Operations Management and streamlining processes
• Customer Service-oriented mindset with a focus on satisfaction and issue resolution
• Knowledge in Inventory Management practices and reconciliation
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in logistics software or related tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
