Manager – Accounting & Tax Full Time

• Oversee and manage end‑to‑end Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering high performance, accountability, and continuous skill development.
• Implement and optimize processes in SAP, preferably SAP HANA.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, company policies, and statutory requirements (knowledge preferred).
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to support financial reporting, month‑end close, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Identify risks, recommend controls, and support external and internal audit processes.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of post-qualification work experience.
• Strong technical expertise in SAP, preferably SAP HANA.
• Solid understanding of General Ledger (GL) processes; knowledge of Ind AS is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in managing teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
