Role Overview:

We are looking for an exceptional Manager Founders Office to work closely with the founder and leadership team on high-priority initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You will act as a force multiplier-driving key projects, solving complex problems, and ensuring alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with one of the founders to drive key business priorities

• Steer all ongoing projects led by the founder, ensuring smooth progress and no blockers

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep execution fast and efficient

• Own 2-3 high-impact projects end-to-end, from problem definition to execution

• Drive cross-functional coordination across product, growth, and operations

• Build structure, track key metrics, and ensure timely delivery across initiatives

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience (top-tier consulting, startups or similar high-intensity environments)

• Strong first-principles thinking and problem-solving

• Proven ability to execute and deliver outcomes

• High ownership and urgency – low tolerance for drift

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and high stakes
