Manager – Life Sciences (Digital Transformation)

Experience: 8–12 years
We are seeking a Manager – Life Sciences to lead digital and process transformation initiatives across Pharma, Biotech, and MedTech domains. This role will drive alignment between business functions (R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Clinical) and technology solutions to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis and transformation initiatives across Life Sciences value chains.
- Identify and drive digital opportunities across Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Commercial functions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to implement scalable solutions.
- Work with platforms such as Veeva Vault, LIMS, QMS, ERP and related ecosystems.
- Define KPIs, support UAT, and ensure adoption of implemented solutions.
- Drive process optimization, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
Required Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in Life Sciences (Pharma / Biotech / MedTech).
- Strong exposure to R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, or Quality domains.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva / LIMS / QMS / GMP / ERP systems.
- Experience in digital transformation, automation, or analytics initiatives.
- Solid understanding of GxP, regulatory frameworks, and compliance environments.
- Experience working in Agile/SDLC environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
- Exposure to Clinical Trials, Regulatory Affairs, or Healthcare Analytics.
- Experience working with global teams and cross-functional programs.
- Familiarity with AI/automation use cases in Life Sciences.
