About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Associate / Client Servicing Associate. The role requires someone who understands digital marketing fundamentals, can coordinate directly with clients, and is capable of managing campaign execution across multiple marketing channels.
The ideal candidate should be presentable, creative in approach, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment across influencer marketing, performance marketing, and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and ensure smooth coordination
- Assist in planning and executing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable campaign plans
- Prepare basic media mixes and campaign recommendations for brands
- Coordinate internally with creative, influencer, and execution teams
- Support campaign reporting, timelines, and deliverables
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand activations
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely responses
- Assist with basic OOH (Out-of-Home) marketing coordination and understanding
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing / Client Servicing
- Basic understanding of:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Campaign planning & execution
- Basic knowledge of OOH marketing
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Presentable and confident while interacting with clients
- Creative mind-set with the ability to think from a brand’s perspective
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualities
- Agency experience is a plus
- Interest in influencer marketing, celebrity campaigns, and brand strategy
- Strong ownership mind-set and willingness to learn
