About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing & Growth Lead to drive strategic marketing initiatives, customer acquisition, retention, and business growth across our portfolio of clients and internal projects.

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, client management, team leadership, and commercial understanding. The ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, building processes from the ground up, and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, customer insights, and market research.
• Establish scalable marketing processes, frameworks, and reporting systems.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing technologies.
  

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

• Develop and manage customer lifecycle programs, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Execute email marketing and automation initiatives.
• Manage customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Optimize CRM workflows to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
  

Revenue & Demand Generation

• Partner with business development and sales teams to support pipeline growth and revenue objectives.
• Develop marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads and contribute to business outcomes.
• Align marketing activities with commercial priorities and growth targets.
• Support account growth through strategic marketing recommendations.
  

Client Management

• Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Lead planning, execution, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Ensure timely delivery and consistent quality across marketing initiatives.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
  

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage the marketing team across planning and execution.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and monitor performance.
• Develop operational processes, documentation, and best practices.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.
  

Marketing Operations & Automation

• Improve operational efficiency through marketing automation and process optimization.
• Evaluate and implement modern marketing technologies and AI-enabled workflows where relevant.
• Establish reporting frameworks and performance dashboards for key stakeholders.
  

Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in marketing, growth, or related functions.
• Prior agency experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, customer lifecycle management, and lead generation.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and client relationships.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of revenue-driven marketing.
