Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle subject classes effectively for school students
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and tests
- Deliver interactive and student-friendly teaching
- Monitor student performance and provide academic support
- Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning environment
- Participate in academic meetings, events, and parent interactions
- Support students in improving subject understanding and exam performance
- Use digital tools, presentations, and smart classroom methods when required
Skills Required
- Strong subject knowledge
- Good communication skills in English & Tamil
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Team player with positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
