Job Title: Media Coordinator & Database Executive

Location: Delhi

About the Role:

We are looking for a candidate to manage media coordination, press communication, and database operations for our flagship industry events.

 Key Responsibilities:

Media & Communication (Pre-Event):

• Prepare and circulate press releases (Curtain Raisers) post approvals
• Design and share media invitations
• Build and manage media distribution lists
• Connect with journalists, editors, and media professionals
• Track confirmations and maintain communication

Event Coordination:

• Coordinate with media during events
• Manage media guest list and confirmations
• Handle on-ground media support and hospitality

Post-Event Documentation:

• Track and compile media coverage (print & digital)
• Prepare media reports and Media Bouquet
• Coordinate for dossier creation and final approvals

Database & CRM Management (India & Dubai):

• Maintain and update database with high accuracy
• Add 100–120 verified contacts monthly via research (LinkedIn, Lusha, etc.)
• Manage data on Excel & Google Sheets
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and delegate teams with database

Skills Required:

• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Good research and data management ability
• Hands-on experience with Excel, Google Sheets & CRM tools
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with relevant skills can apply)
